Dr. Yanofsky’s practice and expertise include a variety of psycho-legal issues including psychosexual evaluations, competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, mental health defenses, risk assessment, sentencing recommendations, as well as evaluations for civil cases such as personal injury claims or workplace disputes.
These evaluations have been conducted at the State and Federal levels and for Military court-martials.
